Wellbeing workshops
Psychosynthesis is a holistic model of psychology that recognises every person has an innate capacity for growth, resilience, and positive change. It encourages us to move beyond self-judgement and develop a more compassionate relationship with ourselves. The Wellbeing workshops combine psychology, mindfulness, guided visualisation, and reflective practice through experiential learning, to support personal and professional development. They allow connection with mind, body, emotion, imagination, and inner wisdom.
Whether delivered within organisations, educational settings, community groups, or wellbeing programmes, each workshop is designed to encourage curiosity, compassion, and meaningful self-reflection in a supportive environment.
Each session is interactive and may include guided visualisations, experiential exercises, small group discussions, journaling, creative reflection, and practical techniques that participants can continue using long after the workshop has ended.
Sessions can be delivered as keynote talks, 90-minute workshops, half-day or full-day training, or as a series of sessions tailored to the needs of your organisation.
